For Leaders of Colour to ‘Arrive, Survive and Thrive’ they don’t need skills, they need behavioural ‘scaffolding’.
Drawing from insights of successful Leaders of Colour, we offer bespoke programs tailored to the unique challenges faced by ethnic minorities, with sponsorship and mentoring at the core.
ENLIGHTEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
A programme that focuses all leaders on the capabilities that are required of them in a truly inclusive environment.
For ethnically diverse leaders to Thrive it’s important to create the right environment. To achieve this all leaders must understand their role in creating this environment for change.

All profits from Elevate Colour activities will be reinvested in supporting the grass roots development of people of colour through a range of means for instance sponsorship of professional qualifications and grants.

Our podcast is about rewiring everyone to recognize that great leaders come in all colours, and inspiring young people of colour that leaders CAN look like them.
We talk to successful Leaders of Colour to understand how they succeeded, and listen to their stories, lived experiences and achievements. The insights gleaned from our podcast guests inform and inspire our development programmes to create more leaders of colour in the future.

Oke Eleazu
Oke is a proven C-suite leader and builder of businesses. He knows how businesses of all sizes work and what it takes to navigate them. He has rich and varied experience across many sectors and organisations – from CEO of Many Pets, to senior leadership roles at Sainsbury’s, BUPA, Prudential and Legal & General, as well his successful customer service consultancy Think Outside In.

Dr Stacy Moore
Stacy is a highly experienced, HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with excellent speaking, consultation, training and assessment skills.
Highly skilled in devising and delivering bespoke keynotes, training, clinical supervision, coaching, mental health, and staff well-being support.
We believe combining Stacy’s knowledge as an acclaimed psychologist with Oke’s vast practical leadership experience will create a truly inspirational learning experience.
